Our team of Dispute Resolution Specialists are professionally trained to deliver iDispute Resolution services to you through the use of online video conferencing as well as telephone and Face-to-Face if required.
We understand that venturing into new technology may be daunting for some, so at iDRstart, we use the Zoom Meeting Conferencing App as it is very user-friendly, easily accessible, and also free to download onto a PC, Android, or iOS smart device.

At iDRstart, we deliver iDispute Resolution services to our clients nationally using online video conferencing tools such as Zoom. We also understand that clients may prefer face to face services, these appointments can arranged if safe to do so, in Townsville, Brisbane (city and surrounds), Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

Our Services are available Nationally
Face to Face Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution Services offered in Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Browns Plains, Melbourne and Sydney have currently been put on hold until further notice due to concerns surrounding COVID-19.
In order to keep our clients and practitioners safe, all face to face services have been transferred online for the time being.
