Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is a mediation process where an independent and impartial accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) facilitates and empowers separating couples/parents to respectfully negotiate parenting, property and financial issues.
Applied Post-separation Parenting (APP) Program
We understand that co-parenting after separation can be challenging, especially under high conflict.
The Applied Post-separation Parenting (APP) Program is a structured parenting skills method used to reduce the impact of conflict on children when parents are going through separation. What sets the APP apart is the opportunity for the parents to work with certified professionals in applying the theory and skills they learn to their everyday lives, including in-situ (APP) OR both in-situ and real-life situations (APP+).

First Aid Relationship mediation
First Aid Relationship Mediation (FARM) is a future-focused mediation approach for anyone that is seeking to restoring or rebuilding their relationship. Our Dispute Resolution Specialist facilitates couples to explore their issues and to develop strategies on how to manage these in the future.

Workplace & Commercial Mediation
We understand that workplace conflicts are unavoidable and, if left unresolved, can negatively impact company culture hence reducing productivity, ultimately resulting in detrimental irreversible financial impacts.
Our Dispute Resolution Specialist provides dispute resolution services to facilitate and assist employers/employees to respectfully resolve workplace conflicts, with the aim of maintaining and rebuilding on existing working relationships, while following company policies and procedures.

Family Group Conferencing
We understand that sometimes families may find it hard to communicate honestly and openly with each other to resolve important issues surrounding the safety and well-being of at-risk young children.
iDRstart is a panel member of the NSW Government Department of Communities and Services providing Family Group Conferencing (FGC) services to assist parents, extended family, children and young people to collaboratively work towards an innovative workable and sustainable resolution for the safety and well-being of at-risk young children in their family. The FGC process aims to empower families to discuss and make decisions on important issues in a safe, respectful, open and honest environment.
